Nice relaxing place. No waterview really unless you are in a specific place on the property. But other than that, the place was nice, the staff helpfull. Need a car to go to the beach or in town.

We had a reservation for 10 people , We showed up at 9.30pm to check in on the schedule checkin day,and had booked this reservation 8 months ago. When we arrived their was no front desk we were guided to a table in the eating area in the middle of the jungle. The rooms were not ready and were very filthy with no sheets on the beds. The kitchen area wasnt prepared for our group and was very dirty. The poor maid they woke up to try to remedy this situiation had just been pulled out of bed and was in her PJ's with bed head to match. She was frantically trying to prepare 5 rooms . We had been travelling all day at this point and were very tired. The room that I had reserved for myself was not available and they asked me to agree to a lesser room until the guest left and I could move in after he departed the hotel. Members of the staff showed my guest their rooms , and after less than 5 moniutes they all returned and said " we can not stay hear this place is disgusting", They seem to have no idea were were coming. At this point I called a good friend and they were able to get us into a decent hotel close by. As a result of this non refundable booking they told us we would not get our money back. This is unacceptable !!!And is going to lead to legal action to get our money back as we had to pay twice for hotel rooms as a result of this place's condition. The pictures on the Internert show a nicely kept hotel , what we saw when we got their was not close to the pictures advertized.
